Melbourne Corporate Triathlon

Three members of the United Pacific Industries team have today participated in the Australian Corporate Triathlon event, located at Elwood Beach Park in Melbourne.

The Australian Corporate Triathlon series, which has events in Sydney, Adelaide and the Gold Coast is all about having a fun day out with your work mates, while at the same time achieving a fantastic and very rewarding challenge.

There are two options for teams to participate in the Australian Corporate Triathlon Series, the UPI team participating in the main event in teams of three where each team member completes a full triathlon. For the Melbourne event this included a 400m swim, a 10km bike ride and finishing with a 4km run.

The UPI team performed very well with each member of the team reaching personal or near personal bests and are looking forward to being involved at future events.
